Kill or be Killed...

It is the not too distant future. Thousands of satellite exploration, observe and monitor our every move. She has created the country's most popular pay-per-view, sports, a kill or be killed-racing game where inmates race to win his release from prison after 5 victories. Each prisoner is driving a car driver who built monster that is loaded with machine guns, missiles, flamethrowers, napalm, and no rules. Warden Hennessey Jensen secretly persuaded to take the place of the late superstar 4-time winner, Frankenstein, and wear his mask metal in the race. If Jensen won only one race, he can go home to her daughter. To reach the finish line, Jensen must kill his competition before killing him.
